How to get help, and from whom
Most time lost to a support problem is lost at the start, by sending the right question to the wrong desk. This page sorts the common situations by who can actually resolve them, which is a shorter route than it sounds.
Language, and why it comes up first here
Latvia reads in more than one language. The interface of a locally licensed site is Latvian, but a substantial share of players use Russian in daily life, and English is standard among newer arrivals and visitors. Support desks serving this market therefore tend to cover all three — though which is staffed at a particular hour varies, and it is worth opening a chat by stating the preferred language rather than assuming. This site publishes in Latvian and English only; we do not maintain a Russian edition, and where a reader needs Russian the operator’s desk is the place it is available.
Who resolves what
| Situation | Correct desk | What to bring |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit left the bank, no balance | Operator support | Bank reference, timestamp, amount |
| Withdrawal in review | Operator support | Request reference, verification status |
| Bonus did not credit | Operator support | Terms as accepted, deposit reference |
| Payment never left the bank | Your bank | Card or account statement |
| Answer received but unresolved | Written complaint, then the supervisor | Full transcript, ticket numbers |
| How something works in general | This site | Nothing — that is what the pages are for |
Writing a message that gets answered
Support agents work from what they can look up. A message containing a dated reference, the exact text shown on screen and a single question can be resolved on the first reply; a message describing frustration cannot, because there is nothing in it to search. Ask for a ticket number and keep it — without one, a later escalation has nothing to attach itself to. And keep the transcript rather than a summary of it, since the exact wording is what carries weight further up.
Three things that are working as designed
- Verification before a first withdrawal. A licence obligation rather than an obstruction — background under withdrawals.
- A payout arriving by a different method than the deposit. Paysafecard funds an account but cannot receive one, so the operator routes the exit elsewhere.
- Bonus funds expiring unwagered. The condition operated as published; the arithmetic is under wagering requirements.
Recognising these three saves a considerable amount of correspondence, because none of them is a fault to be reported.
What this site can and cannot do
laimz.biz holds no accounts, no balances and no ability to contact an operator for a reader. We can explain a procedure, name the right desk and set out the escalation ladder — which is what the complaints page does. Where the question concerns whether an operator is licensed at all, the answer is in the supervisory inspection’s public register rather than in any correspondence, and that check is described on the main English page. Corrections to our own pages are welcome and are the fastest way we learn a text has aged; the editorial standards behind them are on the about page.
